Support only when you need it. On-Demand Support allows you to email into our helpdesk and only pay for the time we spend on your ticket.
We understand that some business's only need occasional help and don't need quick response times to technical issues. They could also not necessarily have the budget for a Managed Support Agreement but would still like to know they have someone to call when things go wrong.
We recommend On-Demand Support to teams of 5 or less but if you have 5+ users and don't log technical requests often this could be the support solution for you.
We can handle the same aspects of your ICT environment that we manage in a Managed Support Agreement but without the priority support and service levels. You won't get expected timeframes for response and resolution on tickets. On-Demand Support is a first come first served service.
